Stadium Guide

As a guest of FedExField, your safety and enjoyment of the game day experience is our primary concern. Please note that everyone entering FedExField is subject to search by our security staff. This requires fans to enter through predetermined screening locations, which sometimes results in crowding. We apologize for this necessary inconvenience.

Please be aware that you may not bring the following items into FedExField:

• Bags, including: backpacks, gym bags, duffel bags, diaper bags, packages, briefcases, purses, fanny packs, etc.
• Food and beverages of any kind
• Seat cushions
• Umbrellas (plastic ponchos are available for sale at select merchandise areas)
• Bottles, jugs, thermoses, cans, coolers, or any other container
• Animals (except for certified guide dogs assisting disabled guests)
• Whistles, horns and other noise makers
• Weapons, firearms
• Illegal drugs
• Folding chairs and strollers

Per NFL policy, fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12.” (Official NFL team logo clear plastic tote bags will be available through club merchandise outlets or at nflshop.com/allclear).
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).

Small clutch bags are permissible, if they are approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.

Leafleting or distribution of any literature is prohibited.

Understanding and adhering to these policies will help ensure that all fans enter FedExField in a safe and timely manner. If a ticket holder elects not to consent to these searches or is found attempting to enter with a prohibited item, the ticket holder may be denied entry into the stadium.

Alcohol Sales

Alcohol is sold only to guests 21 years or older. Proper photo identification is required. There is a two (2) drink maximum per purchase, per person. On the Lower and Upper Levels, all alcohol sales will cease at the completion of the 3rd Quarter of Redskins games. Sales may be discontinued earlier at the discretion of management and for other events.

ATMs

ATMs are located on the following levels:

• Lower Level: Sections 103, 111, 116, 124, 131 and 139
• Club Level: Sections 303, 324, 330 and 335
• Upper Level: Sections 409, 422, 434 and 449

Automobile Assistance

FedExField provides complimentary automobile assistance for lockouts, jump starts and flat tires. Please visit the nearest Guest Services Booth or ask a FedExField representative for assistance.

Guest Services Booths are located by the elevators at the NRG Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E) on all levels.

Away Games

Ticket and travel packages for all Redskins away games can be purchased through the Redskins travel partner, PrimeSport at PrimeSport.com. Stay at the team hotel, receive souvenirs, and most importantly, get tickets to the game in the Redskins section.

Bud Light Party Pavilion

The Bud Light Party Pavilion is located on the exterior plaza (at Gates F and G). This area opens three hours prior to kickoff and has musical entertainment and food and beverage concessions. A game ticket is required to enter the Bud Light Party Pavilion and there is no exit/re-entry allowed.

Bud Light Social Lounge

Located at section 113, the Redskins and Anheuser Busch have created a one-of-a-kind interactive Social Lounge complete with a virtual field goal kick, two morphing stations, and tablet experiences. Grab a Bud Light and play one of the many Xbox Ones, upload your experiences, and remember to drink responsibly. You must 21+ to enter the Lounge

Cameras

Still cameras, digital cameras and handheld video cameras are permitted at sporting events, as long as they do not interfere with a fan's gameday experience. Guests may not reproduce any shots for any commercial use without the written permission of the Redskins. For concerts, still cameras, digital cameras, video cameras and audio recording devices are not permitted.

Centerplate

Centerplate is the stadium concessionaire for food and beverage service on the Lower and Upper Levels, Dream Seats, and Club Level. To contact Centerplate, call 301-276-6090.

Charitable Foundation

The Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation is the non-profit foundation of the team and was founded by Redskins owner Daniel M. Snyder in the spring of 2000. The mission of the Foundation is to be the voice that raises awareness of issues influencing youth in the region and to utilize the unique assets of the Washington Redskins organization and its corporate and community partners to achieve measurable results that improve communities. Cheerleaders

The Washington Redskins Cheerleaders provide in-game entertainment at all Redskins games. They are also available for appearances at special events. Please call 301-276-6775 for more information or visit Redskins Cheerleaders section of web site.

Club Level ("StubHub Club Level")

The StubHub Club Level concourse is enclosed with furnished lounges, big screen televisions, food courts, the EA Players Sports Lounge (Sections 330-334), a sports bar (Sections 309-313), Hooter’s (Sections 314-316) and MGM National Harbor Club (Sections 306-308). Guests with a ticket for the Club Level, Dream Seats, Loge, Suites, or Owner's Club may enjoy the Club Level amenities at any time during the event. Disabled Access

The Redskins and FedExField want to make every guest feel welcome at the stadium. If you or someone you are with has questions about accommodations for disabled fans, you may reach us before, during, or after an event by email at accommodations@redskins.com, by phone at (301) 276-6100, or by visiting any of our Guest Services located near the elevator banks on either side of the stadium (closest to the Bank of America and NRG gates) on every level of the stadium.

Please note that accessible seating and parking is limited, so please call ahead and/or arrive early to ensure availability.

Dream Seats

The Dream Seats are located on the field and are accessed via the 100 Level portals. The Dream Seats are Sections 1-42 and correspond with those sections on the 100 Level (i.e. Section 2 on the Dream Seats corresponds with Section 102). EA Sports Players Lounge

The EA Sports Players Lounge is located on the Club Level between Sections 330-334. Club, Dream Seat, Owner's Club, Suite and Loge ticket holders can enjoy Madden ’16 game consoles, a full bar, comfortable seating and a live band on the outdoor patio during the 5th quarter after every Redskins home game. The Lounge opens two hours prior to kickoff and is open up to two hours after the game.

Elevators

Elevators are located at the NRG Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E) for the convenience of Loge, Suite, and disabled guests. Disabled guests can get an elevator pass for themselves and one companion at any Guest Services booth.

Escalators

The Club Level escalators, located at Section 101 and Section 122, are available to Guests with a Club, Dream Seats, Loge, Suite or Owner's Club ticket. An escalator which accesses the Upper Level only is located between the NRG Gate (Gate A) and Gate B at Section 106 for the convenience of our Upper Level Guests and can be accessed either via the concourse or the turnstiles at the NRG Gate (Gate A). The Upper Level escalator drops Guests off at Section 412.

Family Restrooms

Family restrooms with baby-changing stations are located at the elevator towers at the NRG Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E) on all levels.

Fan Code of Conduct

FedExField is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the stadium and in the parking lot. We want all fans attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. When attending a game you are required to refrain from the following behaviors:

• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature
• Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
• Foul or offensive language or obscene gestures
• Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)
• Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel
• Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans
• Concealment of prohibited items into the stadium

Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats. Stadium staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests, and other fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event patrons and guests who violate these provisions will be subject to ejection or denied entry into the stadium without refund and potential loss of ticket privileges for future games.

Fifth Quarter

Guests with Club, Dream Seats, Loge, Suite or Owner's Club tickets can enjoy post-game entertainment in the EA Players Sports Lounge on the Club Level for two (2) hours after the game. First Aid Stations

First Aid stations are located at the elevator towers at Sections 103 and 125 on the Lower Level, on the Club Level at Sections 303 and 324, and the Upper Level at Sections 403 and 430.

Gates Open

Stadium gates for Redskins games open two (2) hours prior to kickoff. For all other events, gate opening times will vary. Parking lots for Redskins games open four (4) hours prior to kickoff, with the exception of the RedZone Lot opening five (5) hours prior to kickoff.

Good Sport (Designated Driver)

Redskins fans are the best around! That's why the Washington Redskins and Bud Light have teamed up to implement the Good Sport program at FedExField- as a thank you to fans who respect the rights of others, drink responsibly and designate a driver at Redskins home games. Fans may sign up to be a Good Sport at any Guest Services Booth inside the stadium. Those who register will win instant rewards and be entered to win two (2) Redskins Prize Packs. Winners will be announced during the game! Thanks for being a Redskins Good Sport. Thank you Redskin fans who makes a safe ride home part of their winning game plan!

Guest Services

Guest Services Booths are located by the elevators at the NRG Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E) on all levels. Guest services staff can assist in making your visit more enjoyable by providing information regarding FedExField and its services.

Hall of Fame Plaza - Corporate Hospitality

The Hall of Fame Plaza is a corporate hospitality area located between the Verizon Gate (Gate D) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E). Corporate Hospitality packages include tickets, parking, and pre-game food and drink for groups of 25. For more information, contact Corporate Hospitality at hospitality@redskins.com.

Hall of Fame Store

The Redskins Hall of Fame Store is located next to the Gate H on the Lower Level across from Section 141. The Hall of Fame Store is open during the week from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, all year round. On game day the store opens when parking lots open and stays open up to two hours after the game. The store accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Hooters™ Club Level Restaurant

Located between sections 314-315, the Hooters Club Level Restaurant opens two hours before kickoff and stays open for two hours after every game. Club, Dream Seats, Owner's Club, Suite and Loge ticket holders can enjoy pre-game shows, NFL highlights and early or late games on one of many flat screen TVs. No reservations required. Lap Passes

All children ages two (2) and under may attend a Redskins game free of charge with a lap pass in lieu of an issued ticket. Lap passes are available at all entrance gates on the day of the game. The child must be present to receive a pass. Children age three (3) and over must have an admission ticket. This policy is subject to change for other events at FedExField.

Levy Restaurants

Levy Restaurants provides all food and beverage service for the Loge, Suite, and Owner's Club Levels. To contact Levy Restaurants, call 301-276-6848.

Loge

Located in each end zone on the Upper Suite Level, the Loge provides enclosed seating with private concessions, restrooms, and catering by Levy Restaurants. The Loge seating is located from Loge 318-354 (West Loge) and from Loge 389-425 (East Loge). Guests may access the Loges from any ramp or the elevators located at the NRG Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E). Lost & Found

If an item is lost at FedExField during an event, please visit the nearest Guest Services Booth. After an event and on non-event days, contact the Lost & Found Department at 301-276-6025 and leave a detailed message including description of the item and the best number to call back.

Lost Children

Parents are encouraged to register their children attending an event at any Guest Services Booth, located at the NRG Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E) on all levels. Children will receive a wristband indicating their seat location. Should a child get lost, they may approach the nearest FedExField representative, usher or uniformed officer for assistance.

Lower Level ("George Preston Marshall Lower Level")

The Lower Level consists of Sections 101-142 and Sections 201-242 and is a general seating area. Sections numbered in the 100's and 200's can be accessed directly from the Main Concourse.

Media (Press)

All media must enter FedExField through the South Field Tunnel below Gate C on event days. Media credentials and Media Will Call can be picked up at the South Field Tunnel entrance four (4) hours prior to kickoff. Merrill Lynch Touchdown Club

Located in the Hall of Fame Plaza between the Verizon Gate (Gate D) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E), the Merrill Lynch Touchdown Club memberships feature Lower Level sideline views, pre-game field passes for most home games, away game travel with the Redskins, and a fully catered VIP tailgate with an open bar. Meet Redskins Cheerleaders and alumni on game days and enjoy access to the StubHub Club Level, VIP parking and more. It's the best of everything football! Metro

You can travel to FedExField via public transportation using the Metrorail system. Just take the Blue or Silver Lines to the Morgan Boulevard Metro Station. The Morgan Boulevard Station is located on Garrett Morgan Boulevard and is within 1-mile walking distance to stadium.

MGM National Harbor Club

The MGM National Harbor Club is located on the Club Level between Sections 306-308. Club, Dream Seats, Loge, Suite, and Owner's Club ticket holders can enjoy bar and table service, the NFL RedZone channel on the jumbo video wall, and a great selection of craft and local beers at the 130-foot full bar. The Club opens two hours prior to kickoff and is open up to two hours after the game.

Owner's Club - East and West

The Owner's Club is an area located on the second floor of the NRG Gate (Gate A) side of the building. It is an enclosed area which includes luxury suites and furnished lounges.

Premium Seating Re-Entry Access Pass

If you have a ticket for the Club, Loge, Suite or Owner's Club Levels and wish to visit another seating level of FedExField, please see a FedExField representative at any ramp, escalator or elevator prior to exiting your level to receive a premium seating re-entry access pass. Please hold onto this pass and your original ticket to gain re-entry back to your seating level.

Press Box

The Shirley Povich Press Box is located on the second floor at the NRG Gate (Gate A). The press must use the Press Stairwell to travel between the Field Level and the Press Box, or use the ramp at NRG Gate (Gate A) across from Section 106 to travel from the 100 Level concourse to the Press Box. Only individuals with the proper credentials are admitted into the Press Box.

Radio and TV Policy

Small portable radios or televisions are permitted provided the volume does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the event.

Ramps

Code compliant public ramps are available at FedExField. These ramps are located adjacent to the Bank of America, NRG, Verizon gates, and Gate H.

Public elevators are available for guests with mobility issues. If you or someone you are with requires access to an elevator, please have your group visit any Guest Services location to obtain an elevator wristband. FedExField reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain elevator wristbands.

Re-entry Policy (Stadium)

Once a guest exits FedExField, there is no re-admission except on a full, unused ticket for that day's event.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in the seating bowls, Lower Level concourse, portals, tunnels or restrooms of FedExField. Guests wishing to smoke may do so in designated smoking areas.

Smoking is also permitted on the Smoking Deck at the elevator tower at the NRG Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E).

Sports Bar

Located on the Club Level, the Sports Bar is a great place to watch the game indoors. The Sports Bar is located at Sections 309-313 on the Club Level.

Stairwells

Stairwells from the Lower Level to the Upper Suite Level are located at the NRG Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E) next to the Club Level escalators. Club, Dream Seats, Loge, Suite, and Owner's Club ticket holders may access the stairwells.

Suites

FedExField's suites are located on the floors between the Club Level and Upper Level. These Suites are divided into the Lower Suite Level (Suites 101 - 242) and the Upper Suite Level (Suites 301 - 317, 356-388 and 427-442). Access to the suites is from any ramp or the elevators located at the NRG Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E).

The Owner's Club Level is divided into the West side (Suites 1-10) and the East side (Suites 1-24) and is located on the second floor at the NRG Gate (Gate A), accessed via the elevators or press stairwell.

Tailgating

Tailgating involves the use of grills, coolers, chairs, tables or other devices that could inhibit pedestrian passage or vehicular access. Activities that do not use any additional space beyond your parking space are permitted. Port-o-lets are provided throughout the parking lot.

In order for all guests to enjoy the tailgating experience, we ask that fans follow these guidelines:

• When parking, park your car in one space only and between the white lines.
• Parking permits are to be used for cars only, not for additional tailgating space or storage.
• Be considerate of other guests' vehicles.
• For the safety of all guests and for emergency vehicle access, please keep all aisles clear.
• Dispose of all trash in proper receptacles.
• Prior to entering FedExField, please extinguish all flames and grills. Ash dumpsters are available throughout the lots for your convenience. Do not place a hot grill in or under any vehicle.

Upper Level ("Pete Rozelle Upper Level")

The Upper Level is a general seating area numbered from Sections 401-454.

Weapons

Local, state, and federal law enforcement personnel are no longer allowed to carry firearms in the stadium unless they are on duty at the stadium.

Wi-Fi presented by United Airlines

Fans may access free Wi-Fi throughout the stadium. Actual speeds may vary due to the amount of devices connected and physical attributes of the stadium. To access, select network: FedExField.
