Buffalo Bills Privacy Policy

Information You Provide Us

Registration

Mobile Devices

When you download and use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, operating system version, and the device identifier (or “UDID”).

Geo-Location Data

We do not ask you for, access or track any location based information from your mobile device at any time while downloading or using our Mobile Apps or services.

Mobile Analytics

We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile app.

3. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION COLLECTED

We own the information collected on or through the Website. As applicable, the information you provide to us may be used to: contact you about the Website; provide you with services or information you have requested or products or services you have ordered, such as subscription plans or other products and services; contact you relating to your membership status; confirm or fulfill an order you have made; inform you of a prize you may have won; promote the winning of prizes; monitor or improve the use of the Website; customize the advertising and content you see; monitor compliance with our terms and conditions of use of the Website; and provide promotional material or special offers on our behalf or on behalf of our marketing partners and/or their respective affiliates and subsidiaries and other third parties.

5. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

6. SECURITY

The Website incorporates reasonable safeguards to protect the security, integrity, completeness, accuracy and privacy of the personal information that we may collect and we have put into place reasonable precautions to protect such information from loss, misuse and alteration. Your personally identifiable information is transferred to our computers utilizing encryption software. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
