Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is an XML-based format for content distribution. RSS feeds are an easy way to add news headlines from CSN NW to your personal blog, newsreader or Web site. Here's how to do it.

Step 1. Pick a topic (or "feed") from the list below.
Step 2. Click the headline then copy and paste the RSS URL into the "Add by URL" box of your preferred newsreader.
Step 3. Follow your newsreader's on-screen instructions to add and view the feed. Note: You may be required to register if you have not already done so.
