Andrew Zablotskyi, counsel at Sayenko Kharenko, is a highly experienced trade lawyer and one of the strongest analysts of the economic and commercial impacts of international trade on business and industry growth. Mr. Zablotskyi has outstanding expertise in advising companies and industries on a wide range of trade issues, including trade remedies (anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguards proceedings) and guides global companies and local businesses on the application of WTO regulations in Ukraine.

Mr. Zablotskyi has also a particularly strong background and expertise in regulatory and transactional matters in the agricultural sector. For many years, Andrew has been advising leading Ukrainian agricultural associations, global and local agriholdings and traders, international donors and state-owned companies on a variety of issues including international trade, GR and export-import transactions.  Andrew also is a permanent member of various international and governmental working groups on development of Ukrainian agricultural markets legislation.
