Oktay Aliev — the founder of the Fund

The story and the reasons for creating a Charitable Fund are related to the personal story and experiences of its founder Oktay Aliev:

“On my life journey I have experienced the most unusual and sometimes incredibly acute situations that from the standpoint of ordinary logic defy any explanation.

I was in a car accident where I experienced something unusual. It is a very strange condition, when you see yourself from the outside, and a crowd of panicked people around, and when you do not feel anything: no confusion, no fear, no pain. And only after a short moment all returns to its places– both pain, and fear and despair...

I had to face despair of an incurable disease that obliged me in terms of medicine to leave this world twelve years ago. I turned to the eminent specialists of almost all international clinics in the world, but they all had the same answer: “You will not live long”. I did not like their answer...

I've been scrutinizing my eyes in the mirror and could not believe in the imminent end. It was not fear, I just did not believe, because at that time I hadn’t done anything useful either for my family, or for the people around me. And I wished so much...

Another difficult situation in my life has led me to an injury, which also threatened to take away my life. And in the next life story imprisonment was awaiting for me, when I had to be in captivity as in a cage with tigers, and once again fight for survival...

Of course, my life story is full of various unusual plots, and it is this path that led through pain and suffering that gave certain life experience.

Naturally, I will not describe all my life “movie”, and for what, because each of you have or will have your own. Some of the stories I have described only in order to make it clear, for some reason, why I decided to create a charitable fund. It is this way of life that has given me an opportunity to gain experience, which I had to share.

Only at the moment when a person faces such difficult situations in life, when he feels that his end has approached, he rethinks his whole life, all his values, and not simply reinterprets and drastically changes the vector of his movement. The person is no longer upset with the events that he earlier could not bear, exactly at the last moment they no longer matter. This situation of “the last stop” makes us think about important philosophical questions, namely: what is death, what is the meaning of life?

Only being in captivity, you can fully appreciate freedom. That freedom that every person has, but unfortunately, not everyone can appreciate this very ordinary freedom, when you can go wherever you want, enjoy the sun or greet the dawn, because in captivity you can’t have this.

Concluding the story of the emergence of the Charity Fund, I want to emphasize the most important point, without which this activity is simply impossible. To engage in charity, I had TO BE SURE that I TRULY want to do this. I had a lot of doubts, but now there is complete CERTAINTY that I want to deal with the educational charity work!!! "

The main objective of the Fund is to promote improvement of the socio-economic status in society by improving the efficiency of the educational system. We have chosen the path of comprehensive support of developments of educational programs aimed at strengthening of the core of universal human values.

The implementation of the Objective supposes bringing three most important substantive lines relating to the development of the Human himself, build a happy and strong Family and attitude to the World in Which We Live in the educational space.

As a result of achieving these goals, we expect a significant improvement in the quality of life of modern human, formation and development of his personalqualities, knowledge and skills corresponding to the value priorities of the Fund.

The main fund’s field of concern is development of innovative educational programs with a high use of information and communication technologies. It also works both on the creation of completely new educational programs and optimization of the already existing ones.
The main objective of the Fund is to improve the quality of education, to create conditions for full and comprehensive development of the student’s personality, to contribute to more loyal acceptance of basic human values in the education system and in society as a whole.
For collaboration or partnership with the Fund you can contact our press representative and express your strong desire to take part in the formation of new educational standards or just leave your contacts in the feedback system, having indicated the question that you would like to discuss, and the Fund’s representative will contact you in the nearest time.
The Fund began to run its activities at the beginning of 2015, and during this period it has conducted a comprehensive analysis of existing educational programs, it has held working meetings with leaders and teams of educational and scientific institutions, it has set criteria and determined the development direction of educational programs and also formed working groups for research work in these areas. The Fund in the responsible manner has prepared to fulfill the set tasks and approached confidently to the starting post.
The main source of the Fund’s financing is private deposit of the Fund’s founder Oktay Aliev, writer and philosopher, a successful businessman and philanthropist. We are also open to any suggestions of partnership within the statutory activities and identified programs.
