On April 9 was held the first meeting of working group, established to develop new edition of the Law of Ukraine “On medicinal products” .

The legal support to working group will be provided by associates of Legal Alliance Company headed by partner Dmytro Aleshko.

Mr. Aleshko proposed to organize the work of the group so as to include all principles governing pharmaceutical market and enshrined in Directive 2001/83/EC in draft law, in which peculiarities of Ukrainian legislation will also be considered, in particular, terminology, structure etc. As of today the phased plan of work on draft law and the structure of draft Law of Ukraine “On medicinal products” is already developed and in a short time will be released for consideration of working group.

It is planned that working group to complete the work on draft law till June 30, 2014.
