Leonid Netudykhata

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Leonid Netudykhata has 35 years of experience in communications industry. He started his career at Donetsk city telephone network call center, having risen from engineer to chief engineer.

Since 1993 he had been Deputy Director General and then acting Director General of Donetskzv'yazok.

1995 – 1997 – CEO of Donetsktelecom.

November 1997 – January 2000 – CEO of Ukrtelecom JSC.

Between February and December 2000 he worked as the Chairman of the Board of Ukrtelecom JSC.

From January to December 2001 he worked as Vice-President of Utel.

Between 2001 and 2003 Leonid Netudykhata held the positions of Vice-President, Senior Vice-President of Tsyfrovyi stilnykovyi zvyazok (Digital Cellular Communications – DCC), which was part of SCM. He worked as a counselor and first Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of Communications and Informatization of Ukraine.

2004 – 2008 – Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of Ukraine.
2010 – 2011 – the Chairman of the State Service for Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine.

Education:

Leonid Netudykhata received Doctor of Science degree from Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications named after A. S. Popov.

He was awarded the Order of Merit of Second and Third Class. He is also the Laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology.

Alexander Barinov

Member of the Supervisory Board

Alexander Barinov has more than 10 years of experience in senior positions.

From February 10, 2014 until December 2014 he had been the Chairman of Ukrtelecom JSC.

2010 - 2014 - CEO of Astelit (TM life:)).

2009 – 2010  Vice President for sales at Russian telecom operator VimpelCom.

2008 – 2009 – CEO of Ukrainian Radiosystems (Beeline TM), where he ran the company's merger with a fixed-line telephony provider Golden Telecom. 

2007 – 2008 – Vice President for production, marketing and strategic development at Depo Computers JSC, which was part of IBS Group.

2005 – 2007 – CEO of OK Solutions, the managing company of Aegis/OKS international media and advertising group.

2003 – 2005 – CEO of Depo Computers.

2002 – 2003 – Director of Marketing at Philips Consumer Electronics BV in Russia.

1997 – 2002 – employee of Intel corporation, initially in the Russian office in Moscow, and then in the European headquarters in Munich. 

1993 – 1997 – began his career working as a marketing manager in Lanit distribution company.

Education: 

In 1996 Alexander was engaged in scientific research at TU Dortmund University (Germany).

In 1995 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Chemical Engineering (now Moscow State University of Environmental Engineering), majoring in low-temperature physics and technology.

Sergiy Mukovnin

Member of the Supervisory Board

Sergiy has been an investment manager at SCM since January 2013.

Sergiy Mukovnin’s responsibilities include implementation of projects in the field of investment and finance, and mergers and acquisitions on behalf of the managing company.

Sergiy joined SCM team in 2005. From July 2008 he worked at the corporate finance department of the managing company and was responsible for asset and investment management.

Sergiy represents SCM interests as a member of the Supervisory Boards and committees of a number of the Group's assets.

Education:

In 1997 he graduated from Donetsk National Technical University, majoring in accounting control and business analysis.

In 2005 he received an MBA from Tulane University (USA).

Since 2010 he is CFA Charterholder (Chartered Financial Analyst), in accordance with international professional certificate of CFA Institute.

Liudmyla Pavlenko
Member of the Supervisory Board

Since December 2010 Liudmyla Pavlenko has been the Chief Counsel at Voropaev & Partners Law Company LLC. Prior to that, she held the position of Senior Associate in the Kiev office of Baker & McKenzie international law firm. She worked as a lawyer in the Ukrainian office of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP international law firm, where she advised both national and international companies on a wide range of legal issues, i.e.: corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, contract and labor law.

In November 2011 she became a Member of the Board of Media Group Ukraine LLC.

Education:

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Institute of Law of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (Kyiv) in 2002, and the Foreign Languages ​​Department of Kyiv National Linguistic University in 1990.
