SCM CREWING SERVICES TRAINING CENTRE

The main Training Centre’s objective is to provide professional development for the Company employed sea-staff. Various training programs, useful information in safety, technical, commercial, legislation, and human resources issues help our seafarers to achieve and maintain the highest quality of service in ship operations.

Training process is conducted in compliance with the International Conventions STCW’78/95, SOLAS'74, ISM code, ISPS, IMO recommendations, National Requirements and requirement of Ship Owners.

Staff Centre Training Department is scheduled to train all Masters, Officers and Ratings in order to develop the best possible environment on board which shall ensure at all times a safe navigation and high technical standard. The crew shall be able to manage all possible situations and equipped with the knowledge required. All crew members are trained by high qualified Masters and Chief Engineers in accordance with the up-to-date world standards of the technical and nautical installations using SeaGull Online, Company’s PMS program, ECDIS, Stability Calculation, IMDG Course, Videotel etc. The utmost attention is given to special developed courses for the Nautical and Technical Staff.
