Please note that starting from October 12, 2014, CSD will not provide services to issuers that have not concluded an agreement on securities issues servicing with CSD and/or have not submitted documents regarding issuer’s legal entity identification (for customers, which global certificates of issues had been transferred to CSD in line with the Law) in keeping with requirements of CSD Depositary Activity Regulation.
