On our production sites we use modern equipment from the world's leading pharmaceutical equipment manufacturers. We also have one of the state-of-the-art laboratories in Ukraine.
Our production process is fully compliant with GMP standards. We have a multilevel quality control system: from inspection of raw materials quality to production process and product quality control.
I hereby grant Farmak Joint-Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as Farmak) my irrevocable and unconditional written consent to process my Personal Data provided in the form I completed. Personal Data processing includes any actions and/or set of actions that involve gathering, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, alteration, update, use, and dissemination (distribution, sale, communication), depersonalization, and deletion of my Personal Data for the purposes of processing my inquiry or responding to my question.
Amount of my Personal Data which will be processed and may be included to Farmak’s personal data base is defined as any information about myself (provided in the form I completed) that became known to Farmak.
The consent I gave to processing of my Personal Data does not oblige Farmak to notify me about communication of my Personal Data to third parties under Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine On the Protection of Personal Data. In confirm that I understand my rights provided by the Law of Ukraine On the Protection of Personal Data and the purpose of processing my Personal Data, including gathering of my Personal Data. I agree that the term of processing my Personal Data is unlimited.
