Fix this

Withhold your number

If you wish to keep your Sky Talk number private when making a call, you can withhold your number by dialling 141 before dialling the phone number you are calling.

This prevents someone from using the 1471 service to find out the number you called from or from your number appearing on caller display.

Please bear in mind that Sky Talk and other phone providers allow customers to reject calls from anonymous callers, so if you cannot get through, this may be the reason.

Automatically withhold your number

You can automatically withhold your number for all phone calls you make from your home phone. To set this up please contact us or your line provider if you have a calls only product from Sky Talk.

If you have set up your phone to automatically withhold numbers but would like to release your number for an individual call, dial 1470 before you dialling the number you are calling.
