• Paramount Digital Entertainment focuses on developing, creating and publishing high quality, engaging mobile applications and games. PDE's apps and games extend the universe of the studio’s movies, allowing fans to interact with theatrical releases in new and unique ways.  Paramount Digital Entertainment develops ideas internally and works with top tier developers to publish AAA software on a variety of platforms including mobile, tablet and desktop.

• Paramount Home Media Distribution (PHMD) is a global producer and distributor of filmed entertainment.  The PHMD division oversees Paramount Pictures Corporation’s home entertainment, digital and television distribution activities worldwide. The division is responsible for the sales, marketing and distribution of home entertainment content on behalf of Paramount Pictures, Paramount Animation, Paramount Vantage, Paramount Classics, Insurge Pictures, MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central and CBS, and for providing home entertainment fulfillment services for certain DreamWorks Animation Home Entertainment titles.  PHMD additionally manages global licensing of studio content and distribution across worldwide digital and television distribution platforms including online, mobile and portable devices and emerging technologies.

• Paramount Pictures International is responsible for the localization, distribution and marketing of Paramount films to audiences outside of the United States and Canada, with fully owned offices in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Australia and New Zealand.

• Paramount Licensing develops consumer product programs based on the legendary films of Paramount Pictures. From classic films including The Godfather, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, It’s a Wonderful Life, Forrest Gump, and Mission: Impossible to exciting new studio franchise releases, Paramount Licensing creates movie branded extensions through toys, apparel, publishing, collector merchandise, video games, mobile and interactive content.  Ongoing global management of Paramount's film brands provides audiences the opportunity to engage with favorite films and classic characters through innovative products available around the world.

• The Paramount Studio Group encompasses multiple areas of the company’s facilities, external production and event businesses and corporate support functions.  As part of the Studio Group, The Studios at Paramount has provided world-class production services to the motion picture and television creative community for more than a hundred years on a lot that spans more than 60 acres and includes 30 sound stages and state of the art post production facilities.  Paramount’s World Wide Technical Services provides support to the company’s array of international distribution channels with mastering, editorial and home media disc creation.  The Paramount Archives preserves and restores the company’s legacy of creative assets including feature films, stills, props, costumes and music.  The Studio Group also supports the company’s global businesses in corporate security, content protection, and environmental health and safety.

• Paramount Animation was created in 2011 following the success of the Academy Award®-winning Rango. The division works with the world's most imaginative storytellers and the magic of animation to create high-quality animated films to entertain audiences around the globe.  Paramount Animation will release its first feature film, a sequel to The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, in 2014.
