The Guam Waterworks Authority is asking the public to report anyone who might have stolen copper wire from the agency. In a statement sent out Monday, Heidi Ballendorf, authority spokeswoman, said GWA was the recent victim of copper wire theft and that the latest theft has cost the agency $20,000 in replacements.
