Pay-per-view events are sold on a standalone basis until they are made available a few months after the initial airing and become available within UFC Fight Pass. See the most recent pay-per-view event replays at Event Replays. See past event replays available inside of UFC FIGHT PASS

How do I unlock my account?
To unlock your account, click the "Forgot Password" button when prompted and enter your e-mail address. You'll receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

How long do I have to watch the video I have purchased?
Once the content is available, customers will have unlimited viewing of said video for 24 hours from purchase. After the 24 hours complete, customers will need to re-purchase the video to continue viewing. This applies to all customers regardless if the video or event is purchased as a live event or if they have purchased the replay version.

Why am I getting the message "Your account is current in use on another device" when I try to watch the PPV?
UFC.tv only allows one device to stream the pay-per-view at a time. Please make sure you are not logged in to any other UFC.tv applications.

My internet connection is much faster than the recommended minimum speeds. Why is my video still choppy or low quality?
UFC Fight Pass features adaptive playback which dynamically adjusts the quality of the video stream you receive based on the speed of your connection. If your connection speed fluctuates (many factors can contribute to this such as network congestion during peak times and other devise sharing your connections). UFC Fight Pass detects this and lowers the quality of the video stream to ensure you can continue viewing the content without interruption. You can override this feature and choose which bit rate UFC Fight Pass delivers despite fluctuations with your connection through the following steps:

• Launch UFC Fight Pass • Hover over the “Quality” setting indicator and uncheck “Best Available” • Manually select a bit rate appropriate for your connections UFC Fight Pass will now stream at the bit rate you chose. If your connection can’t handle the bit rate you selected, you may experience choppiness in the video playback.

If your video playback is choppy with “Best Available” checked in the video quality settings, this may be an issue with your computer’s performance. Please try the following:

• Make sure your computer is up to date with the latest patches and your video card’s drivers are current • Disable hardware acceleration as it can cause choppy video playback • Increase virtual memory as it can improve video playback • Check your anti-virus or firewall settings to make sure they allow traffic from UFC Fight Pass.

If you’re unsure of how to do any of these things, please consult a qualified technician.

Will the viewing quality decrease if I am using other applications?
Applications which consume high bandwidth, such as file sharing applications (e.g. emule, bitorrent), may compete with UFC.tv on the same bandwidth, and thus reduce video quality. It is recommended to close these applications while watching UFC.tv or limit their bandwidth usage. Downloading large files or using real-time application, such as VoIP, may reduce video quality as well. Any other computers on your internet connection (including homes, hotels, or public spaces) can affect bandwidth availability as well.

Why can't I see the live Pay-Per-View or the Live Preliminary Bouts?
Due to broadcast restrictions in some regions we are occasionally unable to offer this content in your area. Please check your local listings or Upcoming Events for viewing information.
