American / National SKILL
Danny Bohn - Eddie Bohn-65-NWSMT

Danny Bohn got his second career NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour victory, but it wasn't without drama.

Bohn managed to keep his Modified rolling in the right direction following a last-lap incident and drove the No. 65 Rustoleum/Cedar Peaks Ent/Ray Evernham Enterprises Chevrolet under the yellow-checkered flag to claim the Strutmasters.com 199 at Bowman Gray Stadium. Bohn, who had the fastest car in practice and won the Coors Light Pole Award earlier in the day, dominated the race.

Brad Keselowski - Team Penske-2

Sprint Cup regular (No. 2 Ford Fusion) Brad Keselowski wins the U.S. Cellular, his 30th victory in 212 NASCAR Nationwide Series races.

This is the No. 22 Discount Tire Ford Mustang driver's third NNS victory and seventh top-10 finish in 2014. This is his third victory and fifth top-10 finish in five NNS races at Iowa Speedway.
Aug 2 - 10:48 PM
Trevor Bayne - Roush Fenway Racing-6

Trevor Bayne wins the Coors Light Pole Award for the 6th Annual U.S. Cellular 250 with a lap of 23.558 seconds, 133.713 mph.

This is the No. 6 AdvoCare Ford Mustang driver's seventh pole in 138 NASCAR Nationwide Series races. This is his first pole and eighth top-10 start in 2014 and his second pole in seven races at Iowa Speedway.

Danny Bohn - Eddie Bohn-65-NWSMT

Danny Bohn remained hot during Coors Light Pole qualifying picking up his first NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour pole at Bowman Gray Stadium during qualifying for the Strutmasters.com 199.

Bohn finished with a fast lap of 13.437seconds (66.979 mph) around the historic quarter-mile track. Tour points leader Andy Seuss was second at 13.512/66.607) and George Brunnhoelzl III third at 13.543 (66.455). Rookie driver Bobby Measmer Jr. scored his best career starting spot to date in fourth and Jason Myers completed the top five.

Austin Dillon - Richard Childress Racing-3

Sprint Cup regular Austin Dillon, the 2011 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series champion, wins the 5th Annual Pocono Mountains 150 , his sixth victory in 60 NCWTS races.

This is the No. 3 Chevrolet Silverado driver's first victory and fifth top-10 finish in five truck starts in 2014. His last victory came at Eldora Speedway in 2013. This is his first victory and third top-10 finish in three NCWTS races at Pocono Raceway.
Aug 2 - 3:09 PM
Carl Edwards - Roush Fenway Racing-99

Carl Edwards will race chassis No. RK-921 this week. It was last run at Pocono this June.

Edwards finished only 41st in that race, but that does not tell the entire story. He was running in the top 15 when Kyle Busch and Kasey Kahne crashed in front of him. So far this weekend he has had some difficulty dialing the car in with a qualification effort of only 26th. He was even worse in final practice with the 29th-fastest lap.

Aug 2 - 3:00 PM
Dave Blaney - Randy Humphrey Racing-77

Dave Blaney will return to Tommy Baldwin Racing this week at Pocono. He will pilot a third car for that organization.

In competition with this same organization last year, Blaney finished on the lead lap in both events and scored a best result of 23rd. He qualified only 40th this week, but the No. 37 is unlikely to start-and-park, which means they should gain place differential points in games that offer them.
Aug 2 - 2:55 PM
David Gilliland - Front Row Motorsports-38

David Gilliland has shown a lot of consistency at Pocono in the past four seasons with six of seven runs ending in the 20s.

All of these starts came with his current team Front Row Motorsports. After qualifying 30th on Friday, he simply needs to show a little patience to climb into that range one more time.
