It's easy!
1. Select the available event from the list: www.concert.ua;
2. Fill out the short form - enter your real data and contacts, select the desired number of tickets;
3. Select one of the payment methods;
4. Next, you will proceed with the payment page of your chosen method. Follow the instructions and pay the tickets;

5. After successful payment (within just a few minutes) you will receive an email with attached tickets (pdf files should be printed by any standard printer.) Also, you will automatically be redirected to the page with greetings: here your tickets will be duplicated (to be posted on the download links of the same tickets that are sent you by e-mail). This page will be seen only for you, no one else will be able to find this page and download your tickets. If you can not open a pdf-file (your tickets), then download free app AdobeReader here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/;
6. Print out your tickets at any regular printer (black / white is ok). Show  ticket at the entrance to the event.

Definitely! Each ticket has a unique barcode. To pick up/generate it is impossible. Therefore, if you have purchased a ticket by yourself (or your authorized representatives) via Concert.ua, you can be sure - tickets are authentic

Making a simple card or VISA Electron or VISA Internet (virtual card) is just 15 minutes. Refer to your local commercial bank. For registration you need a passport and national identification number.

Don't forget to ask about accession of the option to pay for goods over Internet (this includes cards VISA Electron). Next, you need to put on the card the required amount of money. This card will be very useful for you in future. It is very convenient.

Concert.ua is not the provider of concerts and is not responsible for the cancellation or postponement of the event. In case of cancellation of concert the ticket refund is arranged by provider. Provider info is available on the event page.

Tickets may be returned only in case of cancellation of the event to which the tickets were purchased. In all other cases money for the tickets are not refundable.
