Donation Request Policy

The Chicago Bears are asked to support thousands of worthwhile charitable causes and events each year. We make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. However due to the number of requests the Bears receive on a monthly basis, we are simply unable to accommodate all requests that fit our guidelines. In order for your organization to be considered for a donation item, you must comply with the following guidelines:

• All donation requests must be submitted online. Click here to access the Chicago Bears Donation Request Form. Written or phone requests are not accepted.
• The online donation form must be filled out completely in order for your request to be considered.
• Your organization must be located in the state of Illinois or within the Chicago area.
• Your organization must not have received a donation from the Bears during the current calendar year. An organization is eligible to receive only one donation item per year.
• Your request for a donation item must be submitted via the online donation form and must be received by the Bears at least six (6) weeks prior to the day your organization needs the item.
• Your non-profit organization must have 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. You must enter your organization's valid Tax Exempt ID number on the online form in order for your request to be considered. (If you are a business sponsoring a charitable event, please ask a member of the charity to complete the donation request form).
• It is recommended that your event not be centered on the anticipation of receiving a donation item. Rather, a Bears donation item should be a complimentary element to your event.

Due to the large volume of requests received on a monthly basis, there are no exceptions to the above guidelines. Please keep in mind that submitting an online request does not guarantee your organization will receive a donation. No phone calls please.

Donation items are typically sent 4 (four) weeks prior to the date your organization needs the item. We are unable to donate game tickets.

We do not accept personal items to be mailed in or dropped off for signatures of players and/or coaches.

Hello to Our Heroes

Through the "Hello to Our Heroes" program, the Bears and Boeing are able to support the military and help boost the morale of American soldiers overseas. If you or someone you know is currently serving overseas and would like to receive a Bears flag, please click here to submit a request.

Donate Tickets Through Bears Share

Bears Share ticket donation program has been in effect since 1993, benefitting numerous local charities. Tickets can now be donated online through MY BEARS SEASON TICKET ACCOUNT. Simply log in to your personal account and select "Manage My Tickets." Select the ticket(s) you wish to donate and select "Donate To Charity." The tickets will automatically be forwarded to Bears Care, the team's charitable beneficiary, at BearsCare.Share@bears.nfl.net for distribution to area not-for-profit organizations. The original ticket(s) become invalid. Donations must occur four (4) business days prior to the game to allow for distribution. Donors will receive an email acknowledgement which should be retained for tax purposes.

Tickets can also be mailed to the following address: Bears Care, 1920 Football Drive, Lake Forest, IL 60045. Tickets must arrive via mail to the Bears Care office at least four days prior to the game. Please include your name, mailing address and email address with the tickets.
