Accreditation

Basic requirements for registrars:

• The registrar can only be a legal entity or natural person — a business entity.
• The registrar must have at its disposal:
  • At least one working nameserver, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • In order to ensure continuous operation of domain names, it is recommended to use at least 2 name servers located in different networks on the Internet.
  • A website, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • The website should contain true and accurate contact information about the person that provides domain names registration services.
  • Email, working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Software that supports EPP protocol (RFC-5730).
