Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop robust QA testcases that can be run repeatedly and reliably to prove quality of tool
•    Execute testcases regularly and with focus on identifying issues early in development cycle
•    Participate in QA automation activities
•    Use Intellinote as core work tool
•    Maximize and promote use of Intellinote within engineering processes
•    Learn use cases and models of key customers
•    Provide knowledge and support for customers
•    Communication/collaboration with team members using tools such as skype, jira and Intellinote
•    Contribute to continuous improvement of development, QA and deployment processes
•    Operate, manage and streamline key development processes and tools
•    Participate in deployment of Intellinote builds, releases, and support

Skills/Experience:
•    A deep interest in notetaking and business productivity software
•    Fluency in QA best practices, especially in software application lifecycles
•    Strong application analyst background
•    Programming/scripting experience a plus
•    Willingness to learn and grow technology experience
•    Experience working in live, production secure, multi-tenant environments
•    Detail-oriented
