As of October 1st, 2012, Raiffeisen Bank Aval rendered services to more than 230 thousand legal entities, including 15 thousand of Large (according to European standards) corporate companies with annual income of over EUR 5 mio each.

Corporate business line, which is responsible for developing relations with these companies, is traditionally one of the most powerful areas in Raiffeisen Bank Aval. This is largely due to its unique expertise in delivering services to large businesses gained since 1992, capability to meet any banking need of company through universal product range, and operational excellence of customer relationship managers providing personal support to every customer.

According to the results of corporate market research done in 2012 by GfK Ukraine, the company specializing in marketing and social research in Ukraine, it was confirmed that Raiffeisen Bank Aval remained one of the key players in corporate segment in terms of nearly all criteria for the third year in a row . The Bank provides services to 34% of companies in the market, whereby 13% of customers of financial institutions consider Raiffeisen Bank Aval their principal bank. At the same time, total brand loyalty, satisfaction level and image of Raiffeisen Bank Aval somewhat improved in 2012.
