About bulletin

State registration bulletin (specialized printed mass medium) – edition of central executive authority, which implements state policy concerning state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, in which information from the United State Register is published in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs”.

Making a corresponding entry in the United State Register is a background for publication of notifications in the State registration bulletin.

Bulletin content

According to article 22 of Law of Ukraine “On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” the following information is to be published:

• state registration of legal entity;
• change of legal entity location;
• change of legal entity name;
• taking a decision on spin-off by establishers (participants), court or competent authority;
• taking a decision on legal entity dissolution by establishers (participants) or competent authority;
• loss of originals of constituent documents;
• members of dissolution commission (corporate restructuring commission, liquidation commission) and its head or designation of liquidator;
• decree on judicial decision on legal entity dissolution, if this decision is not related to the legal entity bankruptcy; 
• decree on judicial decision on commencement of proceedings concerning legal entity bankruptcy;
• on decrease of charter (reserve) capital of legal entity;
• state registration of legal entity dissolution;
• state registration of legal entity dissolution by implied consent;
• filing of application to a state registrar concerning business activity dissolution of individual entrepreneur by his/her decision; 
• decree on judicial decision on business activity dissolution of individual entrepreneur, if this decision is not related to individual entrepreneur bankruptcy;
• full name of heir, trustee, guardian or administrator of estate of individual entrepreneur, date of their designation;
• decree on judicial decision on commencement of proceedings concerning individual entrepreneur bankruptcy;
• state registration of business activity dissolution of individual entrepreneur;
• state registration of business activity dissolution of individual entrepreneur by implied consent;
• decree on judicial decision on termination of proceedings concerning legal entity and individual entrepreneur bankruptcy.

Form and content of notifications on including information in the United State Register are specified by the Order of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 01.06.2013 No. 1035/5 “On Approval of Form and Content of notifications on including information in the United State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs" (Ukrainian), which are statutory to be published in the specialised mass medium”, registered in Ministry of Justice of 05.06.2013 under No. 892/23424.

State registration bulletin is issued in Ukrainian.

Notifications in the State registration bulletin are to be published within 10 working days from the day, on which the corresponding entry has been made in the United State Register. Bulletin is published according to schedules, which are approved every year.
