Client Identification Card

Raiffeisen Bank Aval offers a new service — Client Identification Card

Advantages of identification card:

Mobile. The Client receives the information on the status of accounts whenever convenient for him/her. No need to visit the bank’s outlet

Quick. One call to the Bank’s Call Centre allows getting the information on all transactions with your accounts opened with Raiffeisen Bank Aval

Secure. Information on your accounts and transactions is still more protected

Free-of-charge. The new service of the Bank is provided free of charge

Owing to this service the Bank’s Clients will be able to receive exhaustive information on the status of their accounts (current, deposit, card) via phone.

The following information becomes available to the Clients via the identification card:

• cash flow on the accounts, with the indication of the date and amount of the transaction;

• balance of funds on the accounts opened with the bank;

• accrual of interests on deposit accounts;

• date and amount of the planned payment or the amount of credit account debt.

You can also use Internet banking for private clients Raiffeisen Online System. During the first entry to the Raiffeisen Online System you should enter your customer identification card number and your secret code (PIN).

How to get a card:

• Contact the outlet of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, which is closest to your location.

• Show your passport and identification code.

• Get the Client Identification Card

How to get the necessary information using “Client Identification Card”

• When contacting the Bank’s Call Centre for the first time, you should carefully rub the protective coating off the card surface. There is a secret code (PIN) under the protective coating.

• After the protective code has been opened, detach the card part along the tear-off line and store it separately from the card. When making a phone call to the Call Centre.

How to get the identification procedure in the Bank’s Call Centre?

• Contact the Bank’s Call Centre

• Using answering machine, choose service number 3;

• According to the prompts, enter “8” and a secret code (PIN) from your card;

After identification, the Call Centre’s operator will receive your call.

How to make a “quick” call to the the Bank’s Call Centre?

To simplify the redial procedure to the Call Centre using the Client Identification Card please save the following key combination in your telephone:

• the Call Centre phone number

• p3p1p (“p” — pause symbol) *

• customer identification number (8 digits)

• call

• dial the secret code (PIN)

• choose the type of account you want to get information about.
