One of the priorities of the International Corporation «Solomon-group» is the independent appraisal of property, property right and business. For the period of work on the Ukrainian market the specialists of the company have gained the enormous experience on conducting the independent appraisals of all types of property, property right, intellectual property and business practically in all branches of industry and spheres of economy.

The Services of determination of property cost are provided according to the Law of Ukraine «On the appraisal of property, property rights and professional appraisal activity in Ukraine», by other normatively-legal acts and include conducting of independent appraisal and registration of the package of documents, according to the national and international standards.

The company «Solomon-group» is an independent appraiser and operates on the basis of Certificate of subject of appraisal activity on all directions of appraisal № 3281/05, issued by the state property of Ukraine on April, 18, 2005 and License on conducting the of land appraisal works of series AV № 332084, issued by the State agency of the land resources of Ukraine on May, 18, 2007. All types of works are executed by the highly skilled specialists of company, having nominal certificates of experts-appraisals.

Also the company «Solomon-group» is one of the first Ukrainian companies, that has insured the professional responsibility of experts-appraisals. One of the largest insurance companies – «INGO Ukraine» became the insurer. The general limit of responsibility is 5'000'000 UAH. The object of insurance is the property interests of the company «Solomon-group», which do not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine, related to the obligation to pay property damages, inflicted to the third persons.

The Works of independent appraisal, executed by the specialists of “Solomon-group” are acknowledged by «large four» of auditing companies: PriceWaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, BDO Balance-Audit.
