New form of consignment note was approved

It should be pointed out that from January 14, 2014 Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine issued an order No 983 dated on December 5, 2013 by which the new form of consignment note was approved and some changes were made in Automobile transport shipping regulations of Ukraine.
According to clause 11.4 of Automobile transport shipping regulations of Ukraine, SHIPPER draws consignment note.
