Rates in force from 1 April 2012

1. Freight rate for rolling equipment.

All documents necessary for customs clearance shall be provided. Transportation of a driver with the truck is included in the tariff. The driver gets free passenger seat at the discretion of the ferry authorities.

1.1. Trucks, buses, truck trains and other wheeled vehicles up to 22 m long, 2.5 m wide and 4.2 m high, gross weight up to 40 t:

1.2. Spirits, spirit fluids, liquors (except wine and beer), cognac products: 2 coefficient to 1.1 clause of Tariff.

1.3. Rolling machinery on tracks.
1.3.1. Freight rate for rolling machinery on tracks: up to 17 m long, up to 2.5 m wide, up to 4.2 m high, gross weight up to 40 t – USD 220 / m long.
1.3.2. Multipliers to freight rate for rolling machinery on tracks (up to 17 m long, up to 2.5-4.0 m wide, up to 4.2-5.2 m high, gross weight up to 40 t):
- Width multiplier K1 = B/2500 is rounded up to 0.1 (B - maximum width of the cargo mm).
- Height multiplier K2 = H/4200 is rounded up to 0,1 (H – maximum height of the cargo mm).
Freight rate for oversized vehicles is determined by multiplying the base rate of freight in accordance with clause 1.3.1 Tariff on multipliers for the width and height.

1.4. Freight rate for goods in refrigerated vehicles connected to ferry grid is calculated using multiplier 1.2 to rates of 1.1, 1.2 of Tariff.
Placement of refrigerated vehicles with running ref-equipment is made on the upper deck of the ferry.

1.5. From November 1 to March 31 inclusive WSC - winter surcharge for cars, trucks, buses, truck trains and rolling machinery on tracks (length over 6 m) is applied in an amount of 100 USD/unit.
BAF is not charged from cars, jeeps and mini-buses.

1.6. Trucks: 8-22 m long, 2.5 m wide and 4.2 m high, gross weight up to 40 t moving:
- in transit through Ukraine;
- in transit through Georgia to Turkey;
- from Turkey;
- in transit through Turkey
Special rate (USD 900 / car) is applied. BAF and transport of driver is included.
This special rate is not applied to military goods, explosives, high-toxic substance, spirits and live animals.

1.7. Freight rate for dangerous goods IMO 1 class and live animals shall be calculated with multiplier 3 to 1.1 Tariff.

For the separate nomenclature of bulk goods, to be transported in significant quantities, once submitted for carriage as a shipload lot, as well as taking into account market conditions and directions, by agreement between the shipping companies, special rates may be applied (goods listed separately) on a contractual basis..

Freight rates for goods not provided in Tariff shall be agreed between the charterer and the shipowner upon the separate request. If the carriage is carried out without prior approval of freight rates, freight is charged in the amount accrued by the shipping company.

In addition to sea freight the charterer pays a fee for car handling (PRR) at the Illichivsk Sea Commercial Port ferry complex, the winter surcharge (WSC) in the amount of USD 150 / car, bunker adjustment factor (BAF) of USD 350 / car. In addition to sea freight, the charterer pays ice due to Illichivsk Sea Commercial Port during the ice campaign announced, but at least for a period of 15 days. Ice charges are set in section 2.4. "Compendium of tariffs for services and works provided to the cargo owners by the sea ports of Ukraine", adopted by Order of the Ministry of Transport of Ukraine as of October 31, 1995 No. 392 (as amended). If the ice campaign is not declared due to the lack of ice in the channels and port waters, the ice fee is charged for the period from February 1 to February 15.

The calculation of the freight rate, winter surcharge (WSC) and bunker adjustment factor (BAF) for containers, trucks, buses, truck trains and other wheeled vehicles more than 6 m long is estimated as per the date the sea carriage started.

Starting from 01.03.11 carriage of trucks, buses, truck trains and other rolling equipment within the routes Illichivsk-Poti, Poti-Illichivsk Illichivsk-Batumi, Batumi-Illichivsk is charged by BAF in the amount of USD 150 for each truck / bus / train / rolling machinery.

Jeeps and minibuses - USD 350 /unit

Passenger car - USD 320

Issuance of bill of lading - USD 10.

The length of car is rounded upward.

For the shipping of trucks, buses, truck trains and other wheeled and caterpillar vehicles at the directions Illichivsk-Poti/Batumi, Poti/Batumi-Illichivsk, Varna-Poti/Batumi, Poti/Batumi-Varna, Illichivsk-Varna, Varna-Illichivsk in the amount USD 100/item.
