About the Enterprise

The State Enterprise “Information Resource Centre” (SE “IRC”, EDRPOU code - 33499803) is a state-owned enterprise, engaging in business activity since 2005.
According to the Act of Cabinet of Ministers “Some Issues Concerning State Registration Service” No. 816 of 13.07.2011 SE “IRC” is referred to management domain of State Registration Service of Ukraine.

Functions

Orig:/images/services.png SE “IRC” provides operation of united and state registers, bears responsibility for data storage, access and destruction security, provides training of state registrars and administrators, issues specialized printed mass medium on state registration, renders information inquiry support of united and state registers and performs other functions, which are stipulated by legislation of state registration.

European Business Register

SE “IRC” is an authorized representative on membership in European Business Register according to the Order of State Service of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship of 22.08.2006 No. 70 “On joining European Business Register” and Information Sharing Agreement of 12.10.2006 adopted by the General Assembly on 26 May 2011 between State Enterprise “Information Resource Centre” and participants of European Business Register.
