The Management Board of "PRAVEX-BANK" PJSCCB took a decision to cease some of the services provided to holders of the bank's payment cards, namely:

1.1.            provision of account statement by mail to the specified address;

1.2.            provision of account statement via the Internet;

1.3.            provision of information regarding expiration of a card by mail;

1.4.            provision of information regarding expiration of a card by phone;

1.5.            blocking a card using SMS (for the clients using "SMS-banking" service);

1.6.            distribution of an updated discounts catalog;

1.7.            opening of account for each additional currency;

1.8.            changing of the procedure for opening/ using multi-currency/ single currency card account;

1.9.            opening of a card account to simultaneously use two cards of different payments systems;

1.10.        manufacturing of a card on preferential terms;

1.11.        drawing up of a payment card at home or office.

Additional services indicated in items 1.2-1.11 are to be considered cancelled from 13/04/2012.

Additional service indicated in item 1.1 is to be considered cancelled from 23/04/2012. "PRAVEX-BANK"

Payment card ON-LINE. The system of payment card ordering through the PRAVEX-BANK Internet site allows you to save time and order a payment card of the Visa Incorporated or MasterCard Incorporated international payment systems from any place convenient for you.

Establishment of limits - safety of your settlements.

SMS-banking - card account control by mobile phone.

Service of fund transfers from card to card through an ATM allows you to carry out non-cash currency transactions from one individual card to another (the service is available only for accounts opened with PRAVEX-BANK).

Statements by mail or e-mail. Convenient expenses control - if you don't want to go to the bank for the statement, we will be glad to send it to you by mail or e-mail.

Additional card - possibility of access to the account for your relative.

Card blocking will prevent a swindler from using your card.

PJSCCB management has also made a decision to discontinue the following special offers:

1.1.            free provision of "SMS-banking" service for the holders of deposit payment cards;

1.2.            free provision of "SMS-banking" service for a 3-month period for the holders of corporate payment cards.

For the clients that are already subscribed for these services, the abovementioned special offers will remain effective until their expiration, in particular:

- for the holders of deposit payment cards - until the expiration of a card, for which a service was activated;

- for the holders of corporate payment cards - until the expiration of a 3-month usage period of a service.

We are happy to inform you that starting from 22nd of March 2012 Bank has set the fee for transferring funds to replenishment of mobile phone through ATMs of PRAVEX-BANK PJSCCB in size of 2 %, min 2 UAH without VAT.

We are happy to inform you that starting from 26^th of March 2012 Bank has cancelled minimum balances which have been set to cards accounts opened before 19^th of March 2012. Amount of minimum balance will be acceptable for withdrawal from card account starting from 26^th of March 2012.

Instant cash issue in the event of loss, theft or technical damage of the card.  If the card is lost (stolen), you can instantly receive funds from the card account by passport.

Purchase of electronic account credit vouchers in ATMs. PRAVEX-BANK offers the service "Purchase of electronic vouchers in the ATM network to pay for mobile connection, CDMA connection, Internet and IP-calls".

Mini-statements in the ATM. A mini-statement may be received in the ATM and allows viewing the information on the 10 last transactions on the card.

Notice of card expiration by phone, mail, SMS - you will be notified on the expiration and will be able to prolong your card in due time.

24-hour client support service. Calling by phone: 0 (44) 201-16-17 (in Kyiv) or 0-800-500-450 (free from fixed-line phones in Ukraine), you will be able to receive the necessary information.
