Roman started working at Sushiya as the CEO in 2009 and continued chain development. Sushiya currently has 41 restaurants and is the biggest and the fastest growing Ukrainian chain of Japanese restaurants. Roman has been running business with the total of 1800 employees for 5 years.
MoreIrina joined the “Sushiya” team as an HR-Director in 2010. She became the head of the Operations Department in a year; the department provides functional work of all the restaurants of the chain and delivery service. The department, headed by Irina, can be truly considered the biggest and distinguishing in “Sushiya”, as the activity that concerns every Guest of our chain is provided here, which is the quality of services, food preparation and the general atmosphere.
MoreLyudmila Yurchuk has been working at “Sushiya” since 2009 as the Logistics Director. An effective system of work at Logistics Department has been implemented since then; the Department monitors the chain of production flow from suppliers to consumers.
MoreYana Derevyanko is a professional with a 13-year experience in the restaurant business and a brand-chef at “Sushiya”. Yana elaborates on new dishes for both seasonal and permanent menus in the “Sushiya” restaurant chain, supervises technological processes, monitors the quality of products at all stages, and provides standardization of technological processes and control of work by consultants and Sous-chefs.
MoreAnton came to “Sushiya” in 2010. The most important projects he used to lead were implementation of the company’s system of record, trading system of the restaurants supported by industial mobile devices provided by Orderman, the Austrian company.
