The filter design is extremely compact; a special system detains large particles before they reach the fine-dispersed filter element. The fan motor is integrated directly into the soundproof filter system body, which allows reducing the overall sound pressure level of the system when necessary. The cleaned air can be either re-used in the technological process or simply moved out of the enterprise through a standard system of air conditioning.

Scissors Darley GS-series work per sample of a swinging system (moving of the mobile blade crosshead in relation to the fixed one). The lower blade is fixed rigidly to the table and forms a straight line with respect to which it is necessary to adjust the position of the upper blade. The upper blade is mounted in the seat of the upper blade crosshead and performs scissors-like cutting. At the time when the upper blade reaches the position of the lower blade, the gap between the blades is minimum (varied depending on the plate thickness). After cutting the upper blade returns to the starting position. This principle protects the cutting part against pinching between the back fence and the lower blade. The distance between two sides of the machine is 150 mm bigger than the length of the blades. There are two hollows allowing cutting narrow strips on both sides of the table (their length is bigger than the length of the table). Specifications: blades length is 3100 mm, cutting length is 3050 mm. Maximum thickness of the metal being cut: St.45 - 16 mm, stainless steel - 12mm. Precision of the cutting part is regulated by a movable prop from 100 mm up to 1000 mm with the help of CNC.

Shot-blasting machine of tunnel-type for automatic shot-blasting dust-free cleaning of steel sheets, sections and other small structures. It is a continuous operation facility with a horizontal feed of workpieces to the cleaning chamber with the help of the roller conveyor. After falling onto the surface of a product by high-speed ejection of the impeller, the metallic shots (steel, cast iron) get into the lower conical part of the facility, where the auger conveyer is located. The auger feeds the waste blend to the bucket conveyor (elevator), where an abrasive enters the separation and dust generation section and later - to the feeder turbines. The cylindrical brush with nylon fibers, a high-powered blower with directional nozzles, is used to remove any possible fraction remains from the surface of metal sheets and profiles. Shot-blasting machine is connected to a dust collector for the effective cleaning of waste abrasive and dust, formed within the cleaning chamber during processing. Dimensions of the workpiece are1500x500 L = 15000 mm, Roller bed speed is 0.5-5.0 m / min, Degree of Sa purification is 2 ½ -3 (according to ISO8501).

Catalytic heaters are a reliable source of high temperature, obtained through the catalytic combustion of either natural gas or propane and moved mainly with the help of infrared rays. The catalytic reaction occurs on the front surface of the burner, where the combustion of burning gas and the release of infrared rays take place. The activity of the catalyst and low temperature prevents activation of flame, even in the presence of solvents. Overall dimensions of the work surface covered by a mobile console with catalytic heaters are 24000 mm x 5000 mm x 3000 mm. Consumption of burning gas is 24 m3/hr.

Table length is 8000 mm and 14000 mm. The machines allow processing of both straight plate edges and edges with the grooves of various shapes or bevels at different angles. This equipment is designed for gouging separate sheets, cutting edges for welding. Due to the available high-powered hydraulic clips it is possible to gouge sheet piles up to 150 mm. Operation and machine control is electrified. A distinctive feature of the machine structure is the application of rolling guides for the main movement of the carriage with saddles. Saddle feed boxes and grease pump are driven by individual motors. Working movement of the carriage is performed according to the following automatic cycle: - slow cutter plunge into a workpiece; - cutter acceleration in metal to the set cutting speed; - cutting in the set speed. - slowing down of the carriage movement speed before cutter leaves metal. - reversing of the carriage movement with its subsequent movement by the same cycle in the reverse direction. Changing of the carriage movement speed is stepless. The machine has two saddles located face to face, allowing gouging in both forward and reverse direction and increasing of the machine productivity. Individual feed boxes provide all combinations of the saddle moving. During carriage motion, which is inverse for one of the cutters, vertical electromagnet of that cutter automatically goes on, allowing passage of the cutter over treated surface. The machine control is carried out directly from the workplace on a movable carriage.
