If you want to reserve an apartment in Odessa please select one or several flats and fill in the reservation form. You can also check their availability and make the reservation via email or phone. Our contact information is given on the website.

HOW TO PAY
Please pay for the whole term of lease in cash after your check in to the flat or with your credit card via Pay Pal before your arrival.

It is necessary to pay for the whole term of apartment lease the day of your arrival. We need to know your stay period to make further reservations for the apartment.

HOW TO CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check-in and check-out time is as flexible as possible in order to save your money

Check in time is from 13.00 pm. If it's necessary to check in before 8.00 a.m. please book the apartment for one extra night before your arrival and you will be able to check in as early as you need. To check in after 8 am but before 13 pm you will be charged of half apartment rent. In case the flat is vacant it's possible to check-in before 1 p.m. without any extra charge. If not, please wait untill 12:00 or 13:00 to check in.

Check out time is12 p.m. but if the apartment hasn't been booked after you it's possible to check out after 12.00 if you need. Late check-out before 20.00 p.m. will be charged of half apartment rate, after 20.00 p.m - the full apartment rate for 1 night. For early check in or late check out please let us know beforehand.

HOW TO PREVIEW AN APARTMENT

You can see photos of all apartments presented on the website. It's also possible to preview apartment before your check in in case it's vacant. Apartment can't be shown if it's reserved or occupied. In this case you can see it at check out time only. You can choose an apartment by looking on the photos as. they represent the facts.

WHAT DOES RENTAL PRICE CONSIST OF:
Rental price includes all taxes. Our clients don't pay any hidden charges or fees.
Bed linen, bed and kitchen outfits, towels,, iron and iron-board.
Hot, cold water and other public utilities, local phone calls.
Once a week bed-linen changing and apartment cleaning.
Extra cleaning services are provided upon request for supplementary charge.

IN CASE OF DAMAGE:
After arrival in the apartment please make sure that everything is in order and apartment is in good condition. Before your check out our representative will come to check everything and pick up the keys. In case of any damage you will be charged for it.
