POLICY WIN: Monopolization by Agrarian Exchange Is Blocked

The State Service of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Development has refused to approve the Draft CMU Resolution “On Certain Aspects for Trading Agricultural Produce through Commodity Exchanges”, which intended to establish a de facto monopoly for the Agrarian Exchange in trading agricultural produce.
