POLICY PROGRESS: Vinegar Producers Are Now Obliged to Indicate True Information on Raw Materials Origin

On September 20 the Chamber received a response from the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine incorporating statistics received from the SE “Ukrmetrtetsstandard” subordinated by the Ministry and responsible for technical specifications base. Thus, the Chamber is pleased to inform that involved Ministries supported the Chamber Food & Beverage Committee’s initiative on proper vinegar labeling.
