The State Enterprise “Information Resource Centre” (SE “IRC”) is a state-owned enterprise established by the State Committee of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship on the basis of Order # 30 of April 8, 2005 “On the creation of the State Enterprise “Information Resource Centre”.

The State Enterprise “Information Resource Centre” is a technical administrator of the State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs of Ukraine (USR). SE “IRC” ensures USR functioning, bears responsibility for data preservation and USR protection from unauthorized access or destruction, provides USR information service and technical training to state registrars, issues the State Registration Bulletin and performs other functions, which are stipulated by legislation of state registration.
