Call for applications on public monitoring of administrative services provision
July 24, Kyiv: EU/UNDP Project «Smart Practices for Oversight by Non-State Actors on Administrative Service Provision» announces a call for applications forthe civil society organizations on monitoring of administrative services provision in Ukrainian municipalities. Civil society organizations can submit their project proposals till August 30, 2013.

UNDP Promotes Innovative Energy Saving Mechanisms in Rivne
UNDP has been operating in Rivne Oblast since 1999. In 2002 Rivne Energy Efficiency project was launched. It applied a market solution aimed at reducing energy consumption by creating and promoting municipal Energy Saving Company (ESCO) – a world-known model that offers a broad range of services including financial and procurement for energy saving projects.
