The shopping and entertainment center in Poltava will be situated on a 8.5-hectare site on Kiev-Kharkiv Highway. The total area of the two-level shopping center is 40,000 sq m. The mall will house a grocery hypermarket, an appliance and electronics store, a clothing supermarket, shops for children, a café and a bank. An entertainment zone will feature a cinema, a bowling alley and a game area for children. Visitors will have access to a 1000-car parking zone outside. The international architectural bureau Chapman Taylor will direct all architectural and engineering work.
The shopping and entertainment center in Chernovtsy will be situated on a 4-hectare site in a densely populated residential area on 111-g Krasnoarmeyskaya Street. The total area of the mall will exceed 35,000 sq m. A grocery hypermarket, an appliance and electronics store, a clothing supermarket, a sporting equipment shop, a clothing store for children and a shoe store will be housed on three levels of the shopping center. The entertainment zone will feature a multiplex cinema, a bowling alley, a game area for children and a food court. A multi-level parking for 680 car spots will be provided.
The shopping malls are slated to officially open in the first half of 2011. An attractive location,
