Quality Control
Control on All the Production Stages
- The incoming control of rolled metal products and welding materials.
- Technological exactness control of equipment and control of semi- nished products in metal working workshop.
- 100% operation checking of assembling and welding process.
- 100% visual test of welds, ultrasonic test, vacuum test, dye penetration test.
- Shipping control according to the stowage scheme.
- The passports and quality certi cates are issued for the manufactured products. .
Certificates
All the products are certi ed according to the requirements of the regulatory documents of UkrSEPRO certi cation system.
Welding production is certi ed according to ISO 3834 part 2 and EN 729 part 2.
The quality management system ISO 9001-2005 is introduced at the plant. The certi cate of conformity is issued by the German certi cation body TUV NORD.
Internal audits according to the requirements of ISO 9001-2008 are conducted at regular intervals.
The tests are carried out by the trained auditors according to the requirements of ISO 9001-2008 and ISO 19011-2002. Their quali cation is proved by the Certi cates issued by TUV NORD.
Laboratory
There is a laboratory equipped in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents for carrying out nondestructive control tests.
The laboratory is equipped with modern equipment and instruments for carrying out necessary tests such as breaking tests, impact tests (within temperatures +20°, -20°, -40°), hardness indentation by Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell, X-ray control, ultrasonic control and capillary control.
All the laboratory tests are carried out by quali ed personnel.
