POLICY FLASH: Representative Offices Now Have Equal Rights with Other Legal Entities in Terms of Vehicle Registration Procedures

The State Automobile Inspection has issued clarifications to its local units that allow representative offices of foreign legal entities to register vehicles to their own name at the place of location of such legal entities while amendments to the Procedure #1388 are being developed and further approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
