About MTIBU

Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine is the only association of insurers that carry mandatory insurance of civil liability of owners of vehicles for damage caused to third parties.

Membership insurers in MTSBU is a prerequisite for the implementation of obligatory insurance of civil liability of owners of vehicles.

MTSBU is a non-profit (non-profit) organization and operates in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On mandatory insurance of civil liability of owners of vehicles," the legislation of Ukraine and its Charter.
