Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Service Level objectives and business expectations are met
  • Report to CIS regional manager
  • Monitor and control overall progress
  • Monitor the quality assurance, deliverable acceptance and sign off processes
  • Establish realistic schedules that reflect not only the technical ability to deliver but also the ability of staff to deliver service
  • Develop and/or review detailed work plans
  • Ensure realistic status reports are produced and distributed on a regular basis
  • Provide support to IT Services team in delivery of consolidated Reporting
  • Supervise a team of people
  • Monitoring overall performance of team members
  • Delegate responsibilities to team members as appropriate
  • Identify and manage resistance
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities at a senior level
  • Responsible for leading a service group that provides a professional, efficient and effective interface for KPMG staff and IT Services
  • Enhance service of all operating areas including the improvement of delivery as well as associated service level agreements
  • Initiation of projects
  • Support the delivery of projects

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • 2-3 years experience in similar role
  • Several years experience in working in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Several years of project experience
  • Experience of working in a multi cultural environment
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Advanced level of English
