IХ Annual Legal Forum - Development of Legal Services Market in Ukraine

The Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) has the pleasure of inviting you to participate in the key event for legal business managers, counsels and business development experts - IХ Annual Legal Forum - Development of Legal Services Market in Ukraine to be held on 22 February 2013 at the InterContinental Hotel in Kyiv, Ukraine.

This forum serves as an attribute to the successful start of each year for managers and partners of leading law firms, BD consultants, and everyone interested in developing the legal services market in Ukraine.

Traditionally, the focus of the forum will be drawn to the outcomes of the past year and analysis of trends in the legal market in 2013. Moreover, experts will outline the events and developments that will affect the legal market during the year. This year, experts will also consider the impact of judicial reform and ethical issues of competition in the legal market of Ukraine.

The forum’s program also includes two sessions devoted to the peculiarities of establishing and preserving effective business relationships with clients and methods of building up an effective partnership system in the legal business, including finance distribution and admission of new partners.

The final session of the forum will be held in the form of an honest discussion on issues that are behind the scenes of legal business. These include the following issues: financial flows management, the role of administrative staff in effective management of companies, motivation of employees, and optimization of day-to-day expenses.
