Volkov & Partners represented Ukrainian porcelain manufacturers

Volkov & Partners represented the interests of several national porcelain manufacturers in a special investigation on imports of porcelain to the countries of the Customs Union. The investigation was launched by the Eurasian Economic Commission in September 2012 due to the increased imports of porcelain to the member countries of the Customs Union (Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan) at the request of Russian and Belarusian manufacturers. The project and representation of clients at the hearings in the Eurasian Economic Commission is managed by the senior lawyer and the head of the International Trade Department Andrey Zablotski.
