ILF Integrites defended the interests of Farmak company

ILF Integrites represented Farmak company, the leader of Ukrainian pharmaceutical industry, in long-lasting proceedings against Nizhpharm, a part of STADA Arzneimittel AG international group.The dispute occurred when Russian pharmaceutical company Nizhpharm required to stop the production and sale of the medication, to invalidate the certificate of registration of its name Chondrasil, owned by Farmak company, and not to use this name in advertising in the future. Lawyers of ILF Integrites protected the interests of Farmak in the Higher Commercial Court of Ukraine. As a result of two-year litigation with company Nizhpharm the Higher Commercial Court of Ukraine rejected the claim of the Nizhpharmcompany in full. Integrites team was led by Ruslan Bernatsky, senior partner, and included Anna Tyshchenko, counsel.
