Project Manager

Sigma Ukraine is looking for smart and enthusiastic specialists to work on innovative, complex and dynamic projects.

The position of the Project Manager is to plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.Sigma Ukraine is looking for a talented project manager to join our team and lead a number of challenging assignments for Swedish, UK and U.S. customers and contribute to the sales and bids processing.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of overall project quality and represent us well in front of the clients
• Communicate intensively with the clients and project team to establish effective working relationships
• Follow up with the clients in a timely fashion, and be their main point of contact within Sigma Ukraine
• Manage all aspects of the project from business to organizational and technical standpoint
• Prepare and define project scope, schedule, budget and resource plans jointly with the team
• Ensure the project flows well and throughout its progress delivers tangible value to the project sponsor and stakeholders
• Motivate project staff to ensure successful delivery
• Assist project team members in their areas of responsibilities
• Coordinate daily work, set goals for the team, prioritize tasks and lead the team towards these goals
• Negotiate project acceptance criteria and develop strategies to meet the requirements and deliver superior quality
• Define change management process and follow it while tracking all project KPIs
• Manage the design of the project documents according to company ISO certified project management approach
• Track project deliveries and budget using relevant project management tools
• Perform regular risk analysis and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Regularly report on project progress and communicate relevant information to company management
• Coordinate continuous improvement and lesson learned process
• Participate in sales and bids processing, manage selected incoming RFP's and contact prospective clients

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in project planning, software development lifecycle and methodologies
