Oleh is the managing partner of Ulysses. He is leading Tax Practice of the firm, and has wide experience in the areas of corporate law, corporate finance, corporate reorganization, M&A and real estate. Before, Oleh was a partner of Magisters and the head of corporate & M&A practice and later the head of the CIS-wide tax practice of Magisters.

Oleh served ADM, Alfa Group, Banka Intesa, Bunge, Cargill, Credit Suisse, Danone, Deutsche Bank, Erste Bank, Goldman Sachs, ING Bank, JTI, Microsoft, Naftogas of Ukraine, Pernod Ricard, Saint-Gobain, Shell, Severstal, Tata, Teva, TNK-BP, Unimilk and many other clients, including more than 30 Fortune Global 500 corporations.

International Who’s Who of Corporate Tax Lawyers 2010 names Oleh as one of the world’s leading corporate tax lawyers. Legal 500 EMEA 2010 names him as a “first class” tax lawyer in Ukraine, who has “superb reputation”. Who’s Who Legal CIS 2011 names Oleh as one of the leading practitioners in corporate tax law in the CIS region, saying Oleh is “top notch” for “his regulation, disputes and transactional advice”.

Oleh is the President and one of the founders of IFA Ukraine, the Ukrainian branch of the International Fiscal Associations headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Oleh reads lectures in international tax law at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

Oleh holds a graduate law degree from National Economic University and graduate degrees in sociology and economics from National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

He is fluent in English and speaks native Russian and Ukrainian.
