Projects:

Dec 2007 – May 2009 involved in World Bank project “Equal access to quality education”. During this project took part in developing functional and non-functional requirements of the Educational Informational System (EMIS). In a team of international consultants conducted a research of information flows in Ukrainian educational sphere and developed detailed specifications of EMIS. Project is funded by World Bank (Loan agreement #4780).
May 2007 – Sep 2007 took part in the development of information system that support automated requests processing for technical maintenance. This system was ordered by NJSC “Energy Company of Ukraine” for improving regular technical service processes. System implanted workflow of request forms by customer defined routes. Participated in technical documentation creation and following system implementation. Reference: Alexander Franko.
Jan 2006 - Jun 2006 was involved in JSC “Zahidenergo” in the project of developing technical specification for developing information system of enterprise resource planning. During this project were researched technologic processes and developed recommendations toward implementations of the system that will satisfy declared demands. On the basis of recommendations also was provided technical and functional specification with detailed breakdown of information needs. Reference: Petro Omelyanovsky (+38 0322 390710).
May 2004-Dec 2004 was involved in EU TACIS Project “Strengthening Power Sector in Ukraine” as PM. During this project in accordance with bidding documentation of TACIS was implemented information system that covered information needs both of Ministry of Fuel and Energy and National Electricity Regulatory Commission of Ukraine. In this project was personally responsible for project management. That included but did not limit with following: stakeholders’ expectations management, scope management in accordance with functional requirements, team skills assessment and training, product quality supervising, project scope and schedule adjustments. Sep 2004 – May 2005 took part in project “HTH TV Channel”. Was assigned as PM assistant and was directly responsible for project scope and resource management. That was team training and adjustment, procurement supervising and meeting cooperation.
Feb 2004 - Dec 2004 was in project of Ukrainian postal operator “Ukrposhta” “Human Resourses Management” as a Project Manager. Ukrposhta has over 30,000 employees that cover all Ukraine with postal and related services. System implemented the whole process of human resources issues includes: history management, career tracking, human portfolio etc.
Mar 2003 – Dec 2003. Project “Billing system of “OblEnergo”. As a PM was involved in following activities: plan execution, scope management (stakeholders meetings and specification adjusting), dealing with team, supervising of programming and quality controlling.
Dec 2001 – Dec 2002. Project “Dnipropetrovs’k regional information system”. During a year was implemented project that created information system of Dnipropetrovs’k region that includes cities and regional division. Project consisted of legal, communication, security, installing and programming parts. Primary functions were: organized team meeting, stakeholders’ expectations management and scope justifying.
Sep 2000 – Dec 2000. “Ukraine Development Gateway” - project funded by World Bank. During this project was developed distributed information system that gathers information from different sources by different media channels. As a senior consultant was involved in developing of specifications with following portal implementation.
