  • Service of twenty-four hour support for the Bank’s payment card holders:
    • Information on your card account and about sum to be repaid by your credit card;
    • Blocking of payment cards (theft, loss, seizure by ATM). When the card is blocked you will get a special ID-code to confirm the card’s placement into "Stop-list";
    • Withdrawal of payment card blocking;
    • Consideration of disputable points concerning payment cards (blocking of amount, refusal of authorization, seizure of card, etc.);
  • Consultations (daily from 09:00 to 18:00) on all Bank’s products and services both for private persons, small business clients, and for corporate clients, as well as assistance in selection of the most optimal for you solution:

How to use Information Center’s services (IVR menu structure)

To get the necessary information in a comfortable way Call-center voice menu was introduced with the help of which you can quickly get a full consultation about service (in the language most convenient to you). For this you should call by phone number: 0-800-507-909 (free of charge from the stationary phones in Ukraine).

To choose any item of voice menu you should switch to tone regime by pressing button «*» or using special switch (TONE/PULSE) on telephone set.

First choose the language:

  1. Ukrainian
  2. Russian
  3. English

Then choose one of the following menu items:

Item (button) 1 – Transactions on payment cards

  • Using item 1.1. you can block a payment card;
  • Using item 1.2. you can get other information on payment card.

Item 2 – Services for private clients.

Item 3 – Services for legal persons and private entrepreneurs.

Item 4 – Connection with operator (press button «0»)

When listening menu item, you can follow the instructions, you can also listen to the information once again (press "*") or return to the previous menu (press "#").
