Oleg Tkachenko, CEO

Oleg Tkachenko was born in 1970 in Bershad, Vinnytsa oblast, graduated from the Ukrainian State Agrarian University with specialty in Economic Cybernetics. Starting from 1993 he worked as Head of Trading at the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange. From October 2007 to September 2008 headed Kiev International Stock Exchange.

On September 16, 2008 the general meeting of shareholders elected Oleg Tkachenko as a Chief Executive Officer of the Ukrainian Exchange.

Natalia Slobodchikova, Board Member

Natalia graduated from the Siberian State University of Telecommunications and Information Sciences with specialty in Economics. Natalia worked as Head of Clients Department in RTS from 1995 till 2010.

On April 21, 2011 the General meeting of shareholders elected Natalia Slobodchikova as a Board Member of the Ukrainian Exchange.

Evgeny Komissarov, Deputy CEO

Evgeny Komissarov was born in 1969 in Shostka, Sumy oblast. He graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine (Kiev Polytechnic Institute) with specialty in Electronic Techniques and also the National Economic University of Ukraine with specialty in Financial Management. From 1997 to 2007 he worked as a Head of Research and Development and a Deputy Director of Markets Development of the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange. From October 2007 to October 2008 he worked as a Deputy CEO of the Kiev International Stock Exchange.

Elena Brykina, CEO of Ukrainian CCP, LLC

Elena graduated from the Higher School of Economics and Business Administration and Ukrainian Financial and Banking School with specialty in Banking Management. From 2003 Elena worked in National Depository of Ukraine, from 2004 Elena worked as financial advisor in Intervals PLC. Since May 2005 Elena is supervisor of PFTS and from 2007 – Head of trading operations and listing of PFTS.

Since May 2009 Elena is Head of Trading Department of PJSC Ukrainian Exchange and CEO of Ukrainian Central Counterparty LLC.

Sergey Danov, First Deputy CEO

Sergey Danov was born in Sterlitamak, Republic of Bashkortostan (Russia). In 1993 he received the diploma of the Saratov State University, Mathematics and Mechanics department. Sergey started his career in 1991 at IC "Capital." From 1995 to 2003 worked as a manager of financial markets in the independent gas-trading company "Gazsbytservis", from 2003 to 2006 headed the company's pricing department at "Mosregiongaz" (Gazprom Group) in 2006 took the position of head of commodity contracts at MICEX-RTS (RTS Stock Exchange).

April 12, 2012 the General meeting of shareholders elected Sergey Danov as a First Deputy CEO of the Ukrainian Exchange.
