First book of Novopecherskie Lipki residential quarter starts its history from June 2007, when 1st stage construction was started.
As early as August 2009 two first houses of the quarter received Certificates of Readiness, and May 20, 2010 first volume of Novopecherskie Lipki was solemnly presented when opening ceremony of the first stage of residential quarter was hold.

First volume (1st stage) Novopecherskie Lipkiis scale project which spreads horizontally, not vertically. 4 business class apartments houses were done following the same architectural style. Cascade of houses makes mid-rise ensemble. Residential quarter was built using monolith-framework technology, which made is possible to design free planning apartments.

The second volume of Novopecherskie Lipki will be successful continuation of stable high quality construction works, environmentally friendly materials and sophisticated technologies utilization in construction, fundamentals of which were done during the first stage construction.
