We would inform you that "PRAVEX-BANK" PJSCCB performs processing of personal data provided by you exclusively meeting the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On personal data protection" with the aim to render banking, financial and other services regulated by the legislation of Ukraine, to enlarge range of services consumers and evaluation of the impact of these services on the Bank's activity, as well as with the aim of the Bank's compliance with the requirements of the current legislation, in particular, to prepare and submit statistical and administrative and other reporting, as well as with the aim to introduce the aforesaid data to the registers of the borrowers, bureau of credit histories, property encumbrance registers, sending of different notifications etc.

Personal data are submitted to the third persons exclusively meeting the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On personal data protection" and current legislation of Ukraine

According to the Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On personal data protection" you, being personal data subject, are entitled:

1) to know about location of database containing your personal data, its purpose and name, location of its holder or administrator;

2) to get information about conditions of access receiving to personal data, in particular, information on the third persons to whom your personal data are provided, and which are in personal data base;

3) to have access to your personal data which are in appropriate personal data base;

4) to receive not later than 30 calendar days after the request receipt, except for the cases stipulated by the law, response about the fact whether your personal data are kept in appropriate personal data base, as well as to receive content of your personal data which are stored;

5) to submit reasonable demand with objection against processing of your personal data by public authorities, local self-government bodies while their authorities exercising, stipulated by the law;

6) to submit reasonable demand on change or destruction of own personal data by any holder and administrator of this base if these data are processed illegally or are not reliable;

7) for your data to be protected from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment,  non-provision or their untimely provision as well as for protection from provision of data which are unreliable or dishonor dignity or business reputation of individual;

8) to apply as regards issues on protection of rights on personal data to public authorities, local self-government bodies, which authorities include personal data protection;

9) to apply means of legal protection in case of breach of legislation on personal data protection.
