Scope of issues: general management of the Company, development strategy, strategic partnership.

Specialist in Economics (Academy of Labour and Social Relations, Moscow), specialization - social insurance, certified manager of the insurance company (the certificate № 844 d/d 31.03.2011).

Nazarenko V.M. is working in the field of  insurance for more than 18 years, 16 of them as the Company's Chief executive.

Author and coauthor of a number of progressive developments in the field of insurance, including "Methods of risk management in crop insurance of agricultural plants", which is the top of achievements in the insurance of agricultural risks and it proved to be highly efficient in practice.

A lot of attention is given to social activities: almost for five years is the Member of Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation, board member of the Ukrainian Fund of the Compulsory State Insurance in the Event of Unemployment, Committee Chairman on issues of insurance of agricultural risks in the League of Ukrainian Insurance Organizations.

Awarded with the Badge of Honor and the Honorary certificate of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, the Honorary certificate of the Ukrainian Fund of the Compulsory State Insurance in the Event of Unemployment, the Honorary mention of the Ukrainian Fund of the Compulsory State Insurance in the Event of Unemployment, the Order “Devotion to the cause of insurance development”,  the Order “Golden Cross of Honor and Valor”, the Order “Cross of Honour”; has the following honorary titles: “Knight of the Fatherland”, “Leader of the Year 2010”, “Manager of the Year 2010 in the field of insurance“.

Created a team of like-minded professionals who grew up together with the Company.
